NTP Individual Animal Pathology Lesions

This dataset contains individual animal lesions from the Division of the National Toxicology Program (DNTP) studies including legacy and recently reported data.  Tissue name, locator, morphology, and modifier terminologies have been harmonized for this dataset.

This is a large dataset containing over 3.9 million rows. The full dataset can be downloaded from the FTP site with options to download a .zip file containing the data divided into 4 Excel files or a single .tsv file containing all data.

Note: Current version only contains legacy data from TDMS and CBDS. Future updates include addition of current data (Provantis) and overall improvements for searching. DNTP Standardized Histopathology Glossary is available at https://doi.org/10.22427/NTP-DATA-002-00092-0001-0000-4. Glossary is under review.
